With more than 40 years of real estate experience—and over two decades specializing in Rossmoor—Suzanne Masella brings unmatched knowledge, dedication, and local insight to every client she serves. As a Rossmoor resident herself, Suzanne offers a unique, insider perspective that helps buyers and sellers confidently navigate one of the East Bay’s most distinctive communities.
Suzanne is both a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Staging Professional, combining expertise in senior transitions with a keen eye for presenting homes at their very best. Her career includes owning and operating her own brokerage for 25 years, as well as serving as the East Bay Manager for Redfin, giving her a well-rounded and strategic approach to today’s real estate market.
Originally from Brooklyn, Suzanne has called the East Bay home for over 50 years. She moved from Oakland to Walnut Creek in 1998 and has been deeply involved in the local community ever since. Her commitment to Walnut Creek includes years of service as an Arts Commissioner, as well as board positions with Civic Arts Programs and the Key Spot after-school program.
Family and community are at the heart of Suzanne’s life. Her son attended local Walnut Creek schools—Parkmead Elementary, Walnut Creek Intermediate, and Las Lomas High School—before earning his degree from UC Santa Cruz. His wife, also an East Bay native, graduated from UC Berkeley. Suzanne’s husband is a retired community college history teacher.
When Suzanne is not working with clients she can be found at Rossmoor Line Dancing, Zumba and UJam dancing classes. Suzanne is also a prolific writer and is dipping her toes into Stand-Up comedy along with writing, producing and acting in comedy sketches for the Rossmoor Community.
