Sue’s Real Estate Journey

Sue is an accomplished Realtor/Broker, and her clients appreciate her skill as well as her personal warmth together with her expert knowledge in sales and marketing, honed over forty-plus years in the real estate profession.

Sue is very excited to work alongside her daughter, Kathie DiMaggio Stein. This dynamic duo brings eagerness to serve their clients. Since working together the past eight years, Sue is proud of the fact that between the two of them, they have completed over 175 transactions, all within Rossmoor. This duo knows Rossmoor and is happy to work in the nationally recognized 55+, award-winning adult community.

Professional Expertise

Besides her expertise in real estate, Sue holds many designations in her profession, including GRI, CRS, SRES, and ePro. She was the past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Contra Costa in 1986 and owned and operated United California Brokers of Lafayette.

From 1996 to 2000 and 2009 to 2010, she was on the Contra Costa Association of Realtors Board of Directors and was reelected for 2011-2012 while working for Rossmoor Realty. For five years, she was on the Board of Directors of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce when she owned United California Brokers of Lafayette and was a past president of Soroptimist International of Lafayette.

Community Involvement

Sue lives in Rossmoor and has been very active in the community. She served eight years as the Mutual One President, the largest Mutual in Rossmoor. She served four years on the Golden Rain Foundation board and is currently the President of the Rossmoor Connection Club. Sue truly loves where she lives and provides a wealth of knowledge about Rossmoor.
