Scott is a Bay Area native, graduating from the Head Royce School in Oakland and Washington University in Saint Louis earning 2 Bachelor of Science degrees: Engineering and Business Administration with a Marketing focus. He has been a licensed realtor since 2005, focusing on Rossmoor since 2014. Scott’s former career was a Business Development Executive in the tech industry for 20+ years, playing a prominent role in taking a company public in 2000. Scott is consistently in the top 10 agents for Rossmoor Realty and is a top producing and selling agent in Walnut Creek. He is also the Vice-Chair of Contra Costa Association of Realtor MLS Technology and Rules Committee and is an active volunteer for Hospice East Bay.

Kim is also a Bay Area native, graduating from Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek and Hayward State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Sociology. She has been a licensed realtor since 1999 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1994, with 6 of those years being with UDC/Shea Homes in Rossmoor as an Options Coordinator for the completion of Lakeshire, Devonshire, Pinnacle Ridge, Eagle Ridge, and Heritage Oaks communities. Kim has also been an Independent Real Estate Transaction Coordinator since 2005.

On a personal note, Scott and Kim enjoy traveling to the Wine Country and Paso Robles discovering new wines, working out at Orangetheory, and spending time with their 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
