I am currently with Rossmoor Realty, a division of JH Russell Real Estate Group. After a long real estate career spanning 30+ years serving the entire Bay Area, I now specialize in Senior Relocation. My primary focus is the over 55 Adult Community of Rossmoor, located in the heart of Walnut Creek and Contra Costa County. My goal is to provide seniors a seamless transition from their current home into Rossmoor. This involves having a network of service providers to help them prepare their current home for sale, including inspectors, contractors, painters, carpet and flooring vendors. This preparation, a good market strategy, and correct pricing will assure a premium “sold” price for your property.

Having lived in and worked in Rossmoor for the past 20+ years, I know my community well and have many resources to help prepare your new home for your move-in. I also have a good understanding of the Rossmoor systems.

I tell clients that they are not just buying a home in Rossmoor but are buying into a way of life.
