Larry's Real Estate Journey

Larry began his career in real estate in 1993 in San Ramon, CA, with Fox & Carskadon Realtors. He obtained a California Broker's license in January 2002 and has managed many successful real estate offices throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Volunteer Leadership & Service

Larry has volunteered his time and served in many capacities. He was the President of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors in 2006 and was honored as the Realtor of the Year. He has also served as a director for the California Association of Realtors since 2004. Larry has chaired several committees, including the Standard Forms Committee, which is responsible for creating and revising CAR forms and documents used by Realtors in California on a daily basis. Additionally, he chaired the Realtor Risk Management and Consumer Protection Committee and served on the Prestige’s Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.

A Continued Passion for Real Estate

Even after 30 years in real estate, Larry remains passionate about real estate sales and takes great joy in training and educating Realtors, both new and experienced. As many Realtors say, “his passion for the profession is contagious!”
